About the role
Careers International is hiring a Site Supervisor in Dubai to monitor and supervise façade installation work at construction sites. The role involves coordinating with site engineers, subcontractors and workers, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise façade installation work at construction sites
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and workers
- Ensure quality standards and safety measures are followed
- Track material usage and installation progress
- Attend site meetings and prepare site reports
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 3 to 6 years of site supervision experience in façade or aluminium works
- Familiarity with construction drawings and installation methods
- Good leadership, reporting and problem-solving skills
