Site Watchman – Security for IT Facilities

About the role

IIQAF Group is looking for a reliable Site Watchman to safeguard its IT‑related premises in Dubai. The role involves monitoring access, conducting patrols, and ensuring the safety of equipment, staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor company premises, IT facilities, warehouses, offices and designated site areas.
• Control and record entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors and delivery personnel.
• Perform regular security patrols and observe CCTV systems.
• Check doors, gates, windows and restricted areas for security concerns.
• Prevent unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism and removal of company assets.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing deliveries, materials, equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain accurate daily security logs and prepare incident reports.
• Follow company security policies, safety procedures and emergency protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience as a Site Watchman, Security Guard, Gatekeeper or similar role.
• Experience in IT companies, offices, warehouses or technology facilities is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of site security, access control and fire safety procedures.
• Willingness to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends and public holidays as needed.
