Social Media Account Manager

About the role

The Social Media Account Manager will be based on‑site in Abu Dhabi, driving ZSR Middle East’s digital presence across key social platforms. This full‑time position focuses on creating a luxury‑aligned brand voice, generating leads, and enhancing brand awareness for high‑end real‑estate offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise social media strategies on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Create, schedule and publish high‑quality visual and written content that reflects the luxury market positioning.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse engagement data and adjust campaigns to maximise lead generation.
• Manage community interactions, respond to inquiries and moderate comments to foster positive engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and creative teams on content themes and campaigns.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers and designers to produce premium visual assets.
• Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Proficiency in managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts.
• Strong copywriting ability tailored to a luxury real‑estate audience.
• Experience in community management and responding to client inquiries.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and lead‑generation tactics.
• Ability to work closely with marketing, sales and external creative vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Prior experience in social media for real‑estate, hospitality or other luxury brands is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail while handling multiple campaigns on‑site.
