Social Media Assistant Manager – Nightlife

About the role

Join the marketing team of FIVE Hotels and Resorts as a Social Media Assistant Manager – Nightlife. You will be responsible for shaping the digital voice of our luxury nightlife venues, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, creation, and execution of social media content for all platforms.
• Develop and implement social media strategies that increase engagement, brand awareness, and revenue.
• Maintain and update content calendars to ensure consistent, on‑brand posting aligned with campaigns and events.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all content reflects FIVE’s luxury positioning and tone.
• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualise and launch campaigns and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in social media management within hospitality, nightlife, entertainment or lifestyle brands.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs, insights and ROI.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays in line with nightlife operations.
