Social Media & Community Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media & Community Executive to bring our pet‑wellbeing brands to life online and offline. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will shape brand moments, create content, and engage our community across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day activity on Instagram, TikTok and emerging social channels.
• Concept, shoot, edit and produce video and static content in‑house.
• Pitch and execute original ideas, series concepts, trends and activations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while keeping the voice recognisable.
• Gather basic performance data, generate reports and interpret metrics.
• Shape online community interactions through DMs, comments and conversations.
• Support offline experiences, events, partnerships and activations.
• Identify trends, moments and creators to amplify the brand.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in social media, content creation or community management (agency, in‑house, freelance or personal projects).
• Deep familiarity with social platforms and ability to recognise successful brand tactics.
• Creative eye with solid grasp of basic design principles.
• Hands‑on video and photo production skills; fast turnaround.
• Startup mentality – quick, bold, willing to learn from mistakes.
• People‑oriented, warm and comfortable engaging both online and in person.
• Genuine love for animals (non‑negotiable).
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
