Social Media & Content Strategist (Full‑Time)

About the role

DC Brau is looking for a Social Media and Content Strategist to shape and execute its content and social media strategy. You will craft audience‑centric messaging, translate trends into high‑performing short‑form video, and drive measurable demand for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customer‑centric messaging angles that address key needs while highlighting Brau’s unique selling points.
• Build strategic narratives and content pillars based on audience motivations, competitive differentiation, and brand personality.
• Create trend‑led short‑form video strategies for Instagram Reels and TikTok, aligned with platform algorithms and real‑time trends.
• Own monthly and quarterly content planning, campaign themes, and editorial calendars.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to guide production and execution.
• Support influencer and creator collaborations with strategic briefs and content concepts.
• Analyse performance data (engagement, reach, traffic, leads, ROI) to optimise content effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate customer needs into compelling messaging.
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, audience behaviours, and algorithm dynamics.
• Data‑informed mindset for analysing and optimising content performance.
• Ability to craft engaging hooks, angles, and campaign ideas.
