Social Media Manager (AI Influencer Marketing)

About the role

TradeQuo Global is seeking a Social Media Manager specialized in AI influencer marketing to build and manage a network of AI‑generated virtual influencers across multiple regions and languages. The role combines creative storytelling with hands‑on expertise in generative AI tools to produce engaging short‑form and long‑form video content.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI influencer personas, including appearance, voice, personality, backstory and tone, tailored to target markets.
• Manage a multi‑region roster of AI influencers across Asia, LATAM and MENA, operating accounts on Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok and YouTube.
• Produce AI‑generated video content using tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling and HeyGen.
• Create localized AI voice and audio with ElevenLabs, including lip‑sync and multilingual dubbing.
• Generate consistent visuals with Midjourney, Flux, Leonardo and other image generators.
• Maintain content calendars, posting cadence, community engagement and follower growth for each persona.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, disclosure and financial advertising regulations.
• Track and optimise performance metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth and lead conversion.

Required profile

• Experience in fintech, FX or forex is a strong plus.
• Proven hands‑on experience producing AI‑generated video, audio and image content, especially with Higgsfield.
• Strong understanding of short‑form video trends, platform algorithms and viral hooks.
• Ability to maintain consistent AI personas, evaluate AI output critically and iterate quickly.
• Solid video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalents.
• Portfolio showcasing AI‑generated content, virtual influencers or AI‑driven video work.
• Highly creative, self‑directed and comfortable working with rapidly evolving AI tools.
• Good written English; additional languages are advantageous.
