Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the social media function across several luxury brands. The role will ensure a strong brand presence, drive community engagement, and deliver high‑performing content strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for all assigned brands.
• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Lead day‑to‑day social media operations.
• Coordinate with Creative, Content, PR, Influencer and Paid Media teams.
• Monitor community engagement and respond to customer interactions.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone of voice across all channels.
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee social media best practices for company‑owned and franchise markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media for brands.
• Experience within luxury retail, beauty or fragrance brands is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn platforms.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational abilities.
