Social Media Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, a new luxury lifestyle destination in Dubai. The role will shape and execute the hotel’s social strategy, creating engaging content that reflects the brand’s premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the hotel’s social media strategy across relevant platforms, aligning with brand, commercial, rooms, F&B, wellness, events, PR and guest experience priorities.
• Lead the creation of monthly and quarterly content calendars, social‑first campaign plans, captions, briefs and creative concepts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external production partners to plan shoots, manage content requirements and ensure high‑quality assets.
• Oversee scheduling, publishing and optimisation of social content, maintaining consistent tone of voice, visual quality and platform relevance.
• Supervise community management, ensuring timely, brand‑appropriate responses, monitoring sentiment, guest feedback and reputational risks.
• Support influencer, creator and partnership activities in collaboration with PR and brand teams, handling approvals, hosting requirements and performance tracking.
