Social Media Manager – Middle East (Dubai)

About the role

SharkNinja is looking for a Social Media Manager to join its EMEA team in Dubai. The role will shape and execute a best‑in‑class social strategy for the Middle East, ensuring the brand’s story reaches target customers and strengthens brand identity across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social content plan that brings product and brand messaging to life authentically.
• Manage daily publishing, posting, and community engagement across all social platforms.
• Drive follower growth and align content pipelines with target customer insights.
• Maintain the visual and tonal consistency of SharkNinja’s social channels.
• Adapt global strategy to local cultural relevance for Middle East audiences.
• Collaborate with creative, digital marketing, and trading teams on 360° brand campaigns, product launches and special projects.
• Support paid social formats and media planning in partnership with online trading.
• Oversee customer interaction on social channels, ensuring positive engagement and service experience.
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors and agency partners.
• Contribute to content creation from ideation through production and delivery.
