Social Media & Marketing Creative Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media & Marketing Creative Specialist to join our Abu Dhabi marketing team. The role focuses on developing engaging content, managing campaigns across multiple platforms, and supporting brand initiatives in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, execute and monitor creative social media campaigns and promotional activities.
• Produce reels, short‑form videos, stories and other visual assets in collaboration with the design team.
• Generate content ideas, concepts, captions and campaign themes.
• Track social media trends, analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions and brand activities.
• Maintain consistent brand communication and visual identity across all channels.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Fluent Arabic with strong written communication skills.
• Currently residing in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.
• Good understanding of the UAE market and consumer behaviour.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
