Social Media Marketing Executive

About the role

Arabnb Vacation Homes is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Executive to own and amplify its online presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Based on‑site in Dubai, you will be the visual and verbal voice of the brand, producing daily content that showcases luxury short‑stay living.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar for all platforms, highlighting property portfolios and Dubai tourism.
• Film, edit, and publish high‑quality walkthrough videos, Reels, TikToks, and Stories from vacation homes and development sites.
• Write engaging captions and copy tailored to guests, owners, and investors.
• Interact with the community by responding to DMs, comments, and inquiries to drive bookings and loyalty.
• Design and execute direct‑booking strategies, reducing reliance on OTAs.
• Set up retargeting campaigns via Meta Business Suite to re‑engage past guests.
• Implement basic SEO on the website, optimizing property pages, blogs, and meta data.
• Create landing pages and promotional campaigns to convert traffic into bookings.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently on‑site, handling frequent filming and real‑time posting.
• Passion for hospitality, luxury real‑estate, and Dubai tourism.
