Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Manager at H‑EB Retail Media is a part‑time, hybrid position based in Al Ain. You will plan, execute and optimise social media campaigns that support brand partners and promote the company’s initiatives across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars for brand partners and H‑EB Retail Media initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external brand partners to ensure consistent brand voice.
• Publish, monitor and engage with posts across major social platforms.
• Respond to community interactions and manage online reputation.
• Analyse performance metrics, produce campaign reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, tools and best practices to enhance omni‑channel impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in retail, media or brand marketing, preferably with omni‑channel or performance‑driven advertising.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
