Social Media Marketing Specialist – Digital Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Social Media Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimise digital and social media campaigns for a large semi‑government group in Abu Dhabi. The role is focused on elevating brand visibility across multiple platforms while navigating structured approval processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise end‑to‑end digital marketing campaigns across owned, paid and earned channels.
• Develop and implement social media strategies on LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and YouTube to grow audience and engagement.
• Maintain social media content calendars, schedule posts and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, designers, content creators and external agencies to produce digital assets.
• Manage website and landing‑page content ensuring consistency and optimal user experience.
• Monitor social media channels, enforce brand guidelines and navigate governance frameworks.
• Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, report KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Support paid digital/social campaigns with audience targeting, budget tracking and optimisation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging digital opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing and social media campaign execution.
• Previous experience in government, semi‑government or large‑scale organisations preferred.
• Proven ability to work within structured approval processes and cross‑functional teams.
