About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. You will design and execute content strategies that align with our marketing goals while engaging audiences and driving conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated social‑media and content strategies that reflect the brand identity.
• Manage daily activity on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, including a monthly content calendar.
• Produce high‑quality posts, reels, stories, short‑form videos, captions, scripts, and promotional copy.
• Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots, collaborating with designers, photographers, and videographers.
• Repurpose existing assets for platform‑specific formats.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to uncover new engagement opportunities.
• Handle community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
• Support paid social campaigns and work with digital‑marketing teams on content execution.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing social‑media channels for a brand.
• Strong understanding of current social‑media trends and platform algorithms.
• Excellent written communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, design, and production teams.
