Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Ohana Development is looking for a hands‑on Social Media Marketing Specialist to execute daily content and manage community interactions across its digital channels. You will work closely with the Communication Manager to bring the monthly content calendar to life on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and schedule posts, stories, reels and short‑form videos for all social platforms.
• Write on‑brand captions and copy aligned with campaign priorities.
• Source, resize and format images, videos and graphics in coordination with the design team.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages and mentions, ensuring timely and on‑brand engagement.
• Track daily engagement metrics and flag any sensitive or reputational issues.
• Support influencer tagging, community outreach and follower engagement initiatives.
• Maintain the social media content calendar and coordinate with design, photography/videography and external agencies to gather assets on schedule.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in social media coordination, content creation or community management, preferably within a real‑estate development environment.
• Strong copywriting ability and keen eye for on‑brand visual content.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential or partner‑sensitive information.
• Organised, responsive and comfortable working to strict deadlines and a content calendar.

Required skills

• Proficiency with platform‑native tools for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
• Basic photo and video editing using Canva, CapCut or Adobe Express.
• Experience scheduling content using native scheduling features.
