Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Leader Healthcare is seeking a creative, hands‑on Social Media Marketing Specialist to shape its digital presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for turning ideas into engaging video and visual content while driving community interaction and paid‑media performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, film, edit and publish Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories and static posts, maintaining a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Manage the brand’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter, responding to comments and messages within 24‑48 hours.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce monthly reports and optimise content, posting times and formats for maximum reach.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads in collaboration with a digital agency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation and digital advertising.
• Strong video‑creation and editing abilities, preferably with CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
