Social Media Marketing Specialist (Paid Social)

About the role

SoftLinks FZCO, a Dubai-based IT company offering digital media marketing, software solutions, website design and SEO services, is hiring a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The role is focused only on paid social media marketing and PPC advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop and optimize lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
• Create and test ad creatives, copy, audiences and campaign strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, including CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rates and ROAS.
• Optimize advertising budgets to improve results and reduce cost per lead.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels and lead forms.
• Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to improve ad performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Experience with lead generation campaigns and performance optimization.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to demonstrate results from previous campaigns.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram advertising.
• Audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing and conversion tracking.
