Soft FM Manager

About the role

ITM UAE is looking for an experienced Soft FM Manager in Dubai to oversee several Soft Facilities Management contracts across different sites. The role leads operational teams, maintains service delivery standards, manages client relationships and ensures consistent performance across all locations. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple Soft FM contracts across various sites.
• Ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency across all assigned locations.
• Lead, supervise and mentor site teams to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with client expectations and company standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, operational processes and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate resources and resolve operational issues across multiple sites.
• Ensure facilities management services meet agreed contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (not stated as mandatory).
• Proven experience managing multiple Soft FM contracts; experience in airports, large shopping malls or residential complexes is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage site operations and drive performance improvements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination and client relationship management skills.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Soft Facilities Management operations and multi-site contract management.
• Knowledge of service delivery standards.
• Organization, problem-solving, operational planning, quality assurance and a strong customer-service focus.
