Software Engineer Intern (Path to Full-Time)

About the role

Gattai is building an AI‑driven HR platform in the UAE and is looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer Intern. This 3‑month remote internship offers a direct pathway to a full‑time engineering role, providing hands‑on experience building both frontend and backend components of their AI software.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Co‑founder and technical leads to design, code, test and debug frontend interfaces and backend infrastructure.
• Assist in building core features for the AI‑driven HR platform.
• Participate in architecture discussions, peer code reviews and product strategy.
• Explore and implement innovative AI/tech solutions under guidance.
• Adapt quickly to modern software development trends and technologies.

Required profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent bootcamp/self‑taught experience).
• Solid fundamental understanding of full‑stack development.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while communicating effectively.
• Good time‑management discipline to meet project milestones.
