Solutions Consultant – Security Operations

About the role

The Solutions Consultant will act as the domain expert for Palo Alto Networks' Cortex portfolio, a next‑gen AI‑powered security operations platform. You will define and present technical solutions that protect customers’ critical business assets and position Palo Alto Networks as their preferred cybersecurity partner.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to design and recommend customer solutions within the Cortex specialization.
• Present technical expertise to stakeholders at all levels, from practitioners to senior leadership.
• Lead and support customer demonstrations, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and drive Proof‑of‑Value (PoV) projects.
• Architect solutions that simplify and strengthen security postures, documenting high‑level designs and key use cases.
• Provide feedback to product, marketing, and R&D teams to influence roadmap and feature development.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in security operations, pre‑sales, or sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, or XDR/EDR environments.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers, demonstrate problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
