Sous Chef – Luxury Hotel Kitchen

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Dubai at DIFC is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and uphold the brand’s luxury standards. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional Asian and Latin American dishes for an upscale clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily kitchen management, supervising staff and ensuring smooth service flow.
• Maintain menu quality and presentation standards, collaborating on new dish development.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to raise skill levels.
• Monitor inventory, support stock control and ordering processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or comparable setting.
• Strong background in Asian and Latin American cuisine techniques and flavors.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a multicultural team.
