Spa Therapist (Female) – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated female Spa Therapist to join The Lana, Dubai’s inaugural Dior Spa. In this full‑time permanent role you will deliver luxurious body and facial treatments to discerning guests, upholding the brand’s high standards of service and craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of body treatments, including deep tissue massage, aromatherapy and other therapeutic modalities.
• Provide personalized facial and skin care services following Dior protocols.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Ensure accurate documentation of client preferences and treatment records.
• Collaborate with the spa team to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Female candidate with a passion for luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience in a high‑end spa or hotel setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
