About the role

The Spa Therapist will deliver high‑quality body and aesthetic treatments to guests at Swissôtel Al Murooj, ensuring a relaxing and safe experience. You will work closely with the spa team to maintain service standards and contribute to the hotel’s reputation for luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest complaints confidently and with a smile.
• Maintain the spa’s cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment in peak condition.
• Perform massages and body treatments according to certified standards.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and preventive maintenance of spa equipment.
• Support the team in achieving sales and treatment targets through product communication.
• Lead by example, interact with guests, and promote spa services.

Required profile

• College graduate with at least 1 year of professional experience as a Spa Therapist in a 5‑star hotel.
• Current professional spa therapy certification and licensure.
• Demonstrated expertise in body treatments and aesthetic procedures.
• Ability to maintain exceptional service standards in a high‑end hospitality setting.
