About the role
The Spa Therapist will deliver premium massage and body‑treatment services to guests of The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. You will ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable spa experience while upholding the brand’s high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a range of massage services using appropriate props and products.
- Perform body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
- Assess guest health information and contraindications before each service.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and treatment rooms, including sterilising tools.
- Promote and sell spa services and retail products to guests.
- Handle inappropriate guest behaviour according to Marriott International SOPs.
Required profile
- Technical, trade or vocational school degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year relevant spa or massage experience.
- Valid state or regional massage licence as required by local regulations.
Required skills
- Professional massage therapy techniques.
- Body treatment expertise (scrubs, wraps, hydrotherapy).
