Spa Therapist (Masseur) – United Arab Emirates

About the role

The Spa Therapist (Masseur) provides professional body and facial treatments, massages and guest guidance within Hilton’s spa facilities. You will ensure a safe, clean environment while delivering high‑quality service that meets Hilton standards.

Key responsibilities

• Attend Hilton training sessions and monthly departmental meetings.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in treatment rooms, locker areas, lounge, steam/sauna and restrooms.
• Report maintenance issues to the Front Office Manager and assist with operational tasks as needed.
• Book, modify, cancel and up‑sell spa appointments and retail products.
• Process billing and posting for spa and retail services accurately.
• Explain treatment menus and packages to guests and provide personalized recommendations.
• Stock water, beverages and manage fruit stations.
• Support fitness centre operations, equipment maintenance and AV equipment upkeep.
• Orient guests to spa and fitness facilities, delivering courteous service from arrival to checkout.
