Specialist Business Support – CEO Office

About the role

Supports the CEO Office in driving key organizational priorities, ensuring cross‑functional accountability, and providing timely, fact‑based insights to support effective decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Track and follow up on CEO Office priorities across Commercial, Operations and Business Support functions.
• Monitor progress against initiatives, timelines and deliverables, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
• Identify risks, delays and gaps proactively, escalating where required.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Prepare concise, decision‑ready updates, summaries and reports for senior leadership.
• Review business cases, management reports, budgets and performance data with a commercially informed perspective.
• Track commitments, decisions and action points from CEO and senior management meetings.
• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, strategy, consulting, finance, business operations or an executive office environment.
• Strong experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
