Specialist Consultant Aesthetic Surgeon – Western Qualified, Relocate to UAE

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Aesthetic Surgeon with recognised Western qualifications to join a reputable healthcare facility in Dubai. The role involves delivering a full range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures while upholding the highest standards of patient safety and clinical care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patient goals, medical history and suitability for surgery.
• Perform aesthetic surgical procedures such as facial rejuvenation, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, liposuction, abdominoplasty, and breast augmentation/reduction/lifting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, explain risks, complications and recovery timelines, and obtain informed consent.
• Carry out pre‑operative assessments, ensure medical fitness, and provide postoperative monitoring, wound care and pain management.
• Recognise and manage surgical complications, arranging emergency care or specialist referrals when needed.

Required profile

• Recognised medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent) and specialist qualification in Plastic Surgery or a related surgical specialty.
• National specialist certification in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (Europe) or equivalent.
• Current professional registration, Good Standing Certificate and eligibility for UAE licensing (DHA, DOH or MOHAP).
• Strong surgical skills, aesthetic judgement and commitment to patient safety.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE.
