Specialist, Contracts

About the role

The Specialist, Contracts will develop and manage offshore contracts for ADNOC, covering the full lifecycle from legal research and negotiation to document preparation and post‑award administration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and issue Requests for Expression of Interest, evaluate responses and compile bidder lists.
• Create Invitation‑To‑Tender packages, manage bidder correspondence, and conduct technical and commercial bid openings.
• Maintain contract logs, transition contracts to operations, and manage contractor claims and breaches.
• Prepare contract documents, provide contractual advice, review variations and claims, and draft contract amendments.
• Evaluate variation orders, assess entitlement for additional costs and time, and support dispute avoidance and resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, law or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 4 years of relevant contract experience in offshore marine within the oil & gas industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of oil & gas business planning, offshore contracts, marine processes and related regulations.
• Proficient in English.
