Specialist Emergency Medicine Physician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Specialist Emergency Medicine Physician to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves managing acute medical conditions, trauma, and emergency cases while delivering timely, high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, stabilize and manage patients presenting with acute and emergency conditions.
• Handle medical emergencies, trauma, and critically ill patients, performing emergency procedures and resuscitation as required.
• Prioritize patients effectively in a fast‑paced emergency department and develop appropriate treatment and disposition plans.
• Coordinate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams for complex cases and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families and participate in department quality‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Medicine (MD/DNB/MRCP or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years post‑specialisation experience preferred.
• Strong experience in emergency and acute care medicine, including resuscitation and trauma management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy emergency department with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
