Specialist, Financial (Corporate & Structured Finance)

About the role

The Financial Specialist will lead the analysis, structuring and execution of complex corporate and structured financing solutions for ADNOC Logistics & Services (L&S) and its subsidiaries. The role ensures financial agility by developing robust models, optimizing debt and equity structures, and maintaining efficient cash‑management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of large‑scale syndicated financing transactions, from initial analysis and structuring to execution and post‑deal monitoring.
• Engage with multiple financial institutions to secure competitive terms and prepare detailed financial models.
• Coordinate asset‑backed financing arrangements and in‑house funding to support fleet expansion, infrastructure projects and post‑IPO growth.
• Monitor financial markets, regulatory changes and internal liquidity needs to align financing activities with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate across departments and with external partners to secure funding and manage risk.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience in corporate and structured finance.
• Proven track record in syndicated financing, asset‑backed transactions and treasury operations.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
