About the role

This full-time, on-site position is for a Specialist Gastroenterologist (Medical) at a leading hospital in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering expert gastroenterology and general medical care to patients.

Key responsibilities

Diagnose and manage a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions.
Perform flexible upper and lower GI endoscopy procedures.
Conduct capsule endoscopy and interpret advanced diagnostic results.
Assess and treat liver diseases, applying hepatology expertise.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.

Required profile

Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with completed residency and fellowship in Gastroenterology.
Current professional license or eligibility for licensure with UAE health authorities (DHA, DOH, MOH).
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and compliance with clinical and safety standards.

Required skills

Upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy.
