Specialist Gastroenterologist – Outpatient Practice

About the role

HealthHub Clinics in Al Qusais is seeking an experienced Specialist Gastroenterologist to join a busy outpatient setting. The role focuses on chronic disease management, procedural gastroenterology and building long‑term patient relationships within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist gastroenterology care for routine and complex gastrointestinal conditions in an outpatient environment.
• Develop and manage long‑term treatment plans, including chronic digestive disorders and preventive gastroenterology.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as endoscopy and manage follow‑up care.
• Collaborate with internal referral networks including family medicine, internal medicine, surgery and other specialties.

Required profile

• DHA, DOH (HAAD) or MOH UAE licensed Specialist Gastroenterologist.
• Minimum 5 years post‑specialist experience, preferably with prior UAE clinical exposure.
• Strong outpatient gastroenterology background with procedural experience.
• Excellent patient engagement, communication skills and fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.

Required skills

• Procedural gastroenterology (endoscopy, diagnostic procedures).
• Management of gastrointestinal disorders, liver disease, functional bowel disorders, IBD, reflux and upper GI conditions.
