Specialist Internal Medicine Physician (Tagalog Speaking)

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Specialist Internal Medicine Physician who can communicate in Tagalog to serve a diverse patient population in Al Karama, Dubai. The role is fully outpatient‑based, focusing on chronic disease management, preventive care and long‑term patient relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver specialist internal medicine consultations within a busy outpatient setting.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Manage complex patients with co‑morbidities and long‑term healthcare needs.
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic investigations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and chronic disease management programmes.
• Support preventive healthcare and patient‑education initiatives.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated patient care.
• Participate in quality‑improvement and continuing medical education activities.

Required profile

• DHA, DOH (HAAD) or MOH licensed Specialist Internal Medicine Physician.
• Minimum 5 years specialist‑level experience (preferred).
• Previous clinical experience in the UAE.
• Strong outpatient internal medicine background.
• Excellent communication and patient‑engagement skills.
• Ability to manage chronic diseases independently.
• Fluent in English; Tagalog language skills essential.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a patient base in a community clinic.
• Experience with diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular risk, obesity and chronic disease management.
• Experience serving multicultural patient populations.
