Specialist Physician – Transfusion Medicine

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Specialist Physician in Transfusion Medicine to deliver primary care to patients with injuries and common illnesses. The role involves comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Examine patients, take detailed medical histories, and address their concerns.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of injuries, illnesses, and disorders.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, communicating results clearly to patients.
• Counsel patients on diet, hygiene, preventive health, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
• Develop and prescribe appropriate treatment plans and medications.
• Explain medical procedures and coordinate referrals to specialists when needed.
• Collaborate with nurses, assistants, and other physicians while complying with medical regulations such as HIPAA.

Required profile

• Medical degree with successful completion of residency and internship.
• Valid state license and certification to practice medicine.
• Broad knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating diverse illnesses.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, patient‑focused, and compassionate.
