Specialist Pricing & Tender Management

About the role

The Specialist Pricing & Tender Management professional will lead the end‑to‑end tender process, ensuring compliance, timely submissions and optimal pricing strategies for Noatum Logistics in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Project manage the tender lifecycle from registration to final decision, coordinating inputs from operations, HSSEQ, Legal, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Develop and anchor tender pricing and value propositions, maintain a tender library, and review legal, operational, commercial and financial risks.
• Analyze pricing data, monitor KPIs such as EBITDA and profit margins, and lead negotiations with freight carriers.
• Collaborate with business development, project managers and finance to ensure contract pricing aligns with approved guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in pricing, tender management or sales within the logistics industry.
