About the role

The Specialist Pricing & Tender Management professional will lead the end‑to‑end tender process, ensuring compliance, timely submissions and optimal pricing strategies for Noatum Logistics in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

Project manage the tender lifecycle from registration to final decision, coordinating inputs from operations, HSSEQ, Legal, Finance and Commercial teams.
Develop and anchor tender pricing and value propositions, maintain a tender library, and review legal, operational, commercial and financial risks.
Analyze pricing data, monitor KPIs such as EBITDA and profit margins, and lead negotiations with freight carriers.
Collaborate with business development, project managers and finance to ensure contract pricing aligns with approved guidelines.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
5‑7 years of experience in pricing, tender management or sales within the logistics industry.
