Specialist Restorative Dentist (UK/Australian Qualification)

About the role

SearchPlus HR is recruiting a highly qualified Specialist Restorative Dentist to join a reputable private dental centre in Sharjah. The role focuses on diagnosing, treating and rehabilitating complex dental conditions while delivering patient‑centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage complex restorative dental conditions affecting teeth, gums and supporting structures.
• Perform comprehensive restorative procedures, including direct and indirect restorations, crowns, bridges and other fixed prosthodontic treatments.
• Develop treatment plans for full‑mouth rehabilitation, worn dentition, trauma and extensive structural damage.
• Collaborate with general dentists, periodontists, endodontists, prosthodontists and other specialists to provide multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to infection‑control and patient‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Recognised UK or Australian specialist qualification in Restorative Dentistry.
• Relevant postgraduate specialist training and registration as a specialist.
• Substantial clinical experience in managing complex restorative cases.
• Excellent clinical judgement, communication and patient‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary dental team.

Required skills

• Restorative dentistry procedures (direct and indirect restorations).
• Fixed prosthodontics including crowns and bridges.
• Comprehensive treatment planning and full‑mouth rehabilitation.
• Diagnostic imaging interpretation for restorative treatment.
