Specialist Surgical Consumables Sales – Dubai

About the role

The Specialist Surgical Consumables role focuses on driving sales of sutures, meshes and other biosurgical products across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. You will work closely with a local distribution partner and the regional Business Development team to achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales and promotional activities in partnership with the local distributor.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, identify new opportunities and convert leads.
• Conduct customer and clinical visits, provide regular follow‑up and present to staff.
• Lead product launches, workshops, trainings and product demonstrations.
• Forecast demand and manage stock in coordination with the distribution partner.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activity.
• Implement global and regional strategies adapted to local market conditions.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital decision‑makers and other stakeholders.
• Influence tender specifications, manage tender conversions and apply pricing strategies.
• Support product usage evaluations in the operating room.

Required profile

• Proven sales and marketing experience in the medical field.
• Understanding of surgical processes and indications is desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation and closing abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach.
• Fluent English language skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
