About the role

A leading hospital in Sharjah, UAE, is seeking an experienced Specialist/Consultant in Critical Care Medicine to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering comprehensive critical care to severely ill patients in an intensive care setting while maintaining high standards of safety and clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage critically ill patients in the ICU and provide evidence‑based critical care.
• Handle ventilator management, emergency interventions, and complex medical cases.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor clinical progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital protocols.

Required profile

• MD/DNB in Critical Care Medicine or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in ICU/Critical Care Medicine.
• UAE medical license or eligibility preferred.
• Strong clinical and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
