About the role
The Staff Nurse in Tower A4 of the Medical Wing provides direct patient care, educates patients and families, and ensures smooth transitions of care. This role supports professional nursing practice across the continuum of care at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate nursing care and deliver age‑appropriate patient care.
- Provide direct patient care and patient/family education.
- Facilitate transitions of care and support continuity.
- Uphold the mission, vision, and values of SSMC.
- Adhere to the Professional Nurses Code of Conduct for Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
Required profile
- Registered nurse licensed to practice in Abu Dhabi/UAE.
- Commitment to professional nursing standards and ethical conduct.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
