Staff Nurse – Urgent Care – Pediatrics

About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Paediatric Urgent Care team in Ajman. You will deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care to children with acute illnesses and minor injuries in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform rapid triage and comprehensive nursing assessments of paediatric patients.
- Provide evidence‑based nursing care for acute illnesses and minor injuries.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately following paediatric protocols.
- Assist with and perform minor procedures within your scope of practice.
- Monitor patient conditions, escalating concerns or deterioration promptly.
- Educate and reassure children and families, offering clear information.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Adhere to infection control, safeguarding, and patient safety policies.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support service efficiency and quality improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Valid UAE nursing license or eligibility.
- Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in PICU or urgent/emergency care.
