Steward - Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah

About the role

Hilton is hiring a Steward for its hotel in Dubai Palm Jumeirah. The Steward keeps the kitchen and dining areas sparkling clean and helps deliver memorable guest experiences. This is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Clean chinaware, silverware and cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans and polish silver
• Keep supplies and equipment well stocked and organised
• Mop floors and remove waste to maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions
• Handle hazardous substances safely and follow hygiene and safety regulations
• Report hazards and maintenance needs to the supervisor on duty
• Train and mentor new team members
