About the role
Join the Hilton Hotels team in Dubai as a Steward, where you will keep the kitchen and dining areas sparkling clean while delivering memorable hospitality experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Clean all chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and polish silver.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness through mopping, waste removal and other essential cleaning tasks.
- Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
- Follow health and safety protocols, handling hazardous substances safely.
- Report hazards and maintenance needs promptly to the supervisor.
- Train and mentor new team members to strengthen performance.
