Steward – Luxury Restaurant in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Steward to join the kitchen team of a luxury restaurant in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position supports daily operations and helps maintain the high standards expected in an international hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Manage waste disposal in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist kitchen staff during service to keep workflow smooth.
• Maintain organized storage of supplies and equipment.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with hygiene and food‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar kitchen support role (preferred).
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude and reliability.
• Basic proficiency in English (a plus).
