About the role
The Stock Keeper is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing merchandise for use in the shop while maintaining accurate records of inbound and outbound deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Receive merchandise, perform physical and electronic inventory checks, and inspect product quality.
- Organise departmental stockrooms to optimise efficiency during daily replenishment.
- Classify, store, and tag items in the warehouse according to shop procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in storage areas.
- Participate in daily inventory processes and communicate end‑of‑day status to shop managers.
- Assist in restocking shelves to maintain product availability.
- Prepare and process documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Required profile
- High school degree.
- Fluency in English.
- Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
Required skills
- Electronic inventory checks.
