Stock & Replenishment Coordinator

About the role

Wolfi, a cycling wholesaler and service provider in the GCC, is looking for a Stock & Replenishment Coordinator. The role keeps the right stock available in the right place at the right time across Sport Trading, the Bike Shop, the warehouse, retail and other locations. It works closely with Retail, Warehouse, Sales and Procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels across all locations, identify replenishment needs and act on low-stock and out-of-stock items
• Coordinate replenishment from the central warehouse and follow up on pending orders until delivered
• Escalate stock shortages that cannot be met from available inventory to Procurement
• Coordinate stock transfers between locations and maintain accurate records of movements
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP and inventory systems, investigate discrepancies and support stock reviews
• Support reporting on stock availability, replenishment and transfers, and highlight delays or trends
• Identify process improvements and help implement better stock control procedures

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in stock control, inventory coordination, replenishment, retail operations, warehouse support or a similar role
• Previous experience with stock transfers, replenishment or stock adjustments is beneficial
• Experience in retail, distribution, cycling, sporting goods, eCommerce or a similar environment is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, good follow-through and ability to handle multiple priorities

Required skills

• Good Excel skills and confidence with spreadsheets and reports
• Comfortable working with ERP or inventory management systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
