Store Manager - Coach, Dubai

About the role

Luxury Fashion is looking for a Store Manager for its Coach store in Dubai. The role manages and develops the team to deliver strong revenue while keeping the brand image, operational compliance and customer satisfaction intact.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure company policies, procedures and Health & Safety standards are followed.
• Minimise stock loss through ATG policies and analyse stock data to maximise sales opportunities.
• Analyse performance reports, give feedback on stock to Buying/Planning teams and recommend and run sales promotions and brand activities.
• Drive sales, monitor performance and recommend actions to meet and exceed targets.
• Cultivate excellent customer service, resolve complaints quickly and prepare stock takes with the Operations team.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, track sales per square foot and share market and competitor insights with the company.
• Build strong relationships with key business partners and feed customer profile feedback to Marketing, Buying and Planning.
• Lead and coach the team, develop them for higher-level roles and ensure continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience successfully running a profitable retail store.
