Store Manager - Coach

About the role

Al Tayer Insignia, a luxury retail group with boutiques, department stores and online platforms across the GCC, is looking for a Store Manager for its Coach outlet in Dubai. The role manages and develops the team to deliver strong revenue while keeping brand image, operational compliance and customer satisfaction intact.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure company policies, health and safety standards and stock-loss prevention measures are followed.
• Analyse stock data to maximise sales opportunities and share stock feedback with Buying and Planning teams.
• Plan and run sales promotions and brand activities, and drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and lead by example in customer service.
• Organise stock takes with the Operations team and keep visual merchandising to brand standards.
• Monitor sales per square foot, track market trends and competitor activity, and report back to the company.
• Lead the team, coach and motivate staff, and support their development for higher-level roles.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience successfully running a profitable retail store.
