Store Manager - Toys R Us, Zahia City Center

About the role

As Store Manager at Toys R Us in Zahia City Center, you own the store and drive its sales, profitability and team performance while delivering a standout customer experience. You lead from the front, build a team that performs and grows, and set the pace for the store.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and profitability: take full ownership of store performance across sales, conversion, payroll and shrink, drive results through clear commercial strategies, and track performance daily to close gaps.
• Operations: run stock, systems and standards tightly, protect company assets through inventory and loss prevention controls, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• People development: hire, coach and retain a strong team, improving selling skills, product knowledge and accountability, and keep the team aligned through regular communication.
• Customer experience: create a high-energy, customer-first environment, lead on the floor by engaging and supporting the team, and deliver effective visual merchandising.

Required profile

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience as a Store Manager with a track record of results.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong command of business English, written and spoken.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.

• Solid systems and reporting capability (Outlook, Excel, SAP)
